Oven-Baked Crab Nachos (Heirloom Edition)

Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat (picked clean of shell)
- 1 bag BetterGoods Heirloom Blue Corn & Multigrain Chips
- 1 ½ cups Fiesta-blend shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or 1 Tbsp butter + 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (zest + juice)
- ¼ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika
- Pinch of black pepper, chili powder, and cumin
- Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or tiny splash Worcestershire
- Optional: chopped cilantro or green onion, jalapeños, black olives
- To serve: sour cream, green salsa, lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Prepare the crab mix: Combine crab meat, lime zest + juice, seasonings, and optional Dijon or Worcestershire. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
- Toast chips (optional): Spread chips on sheet pan, drizzle olive oil, bake 3 minutes for extra crunch.
- Assemble nachos: Layer chips → cheese → crab → toppings. Repeat as needed.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
- Finish & serve: Top with fresh lime juice, cilantro, and green salsa. Serve hot with sour cream on the side.
